Executive Assistant to the HQ Leadership Team
Pine Cove is seeking a ministry-minded individual to be the Executive Assistant (EA) to the HQ Leadership Team (HQLT). The primary role is to assist the HQLT with administrative aspects of HQLT responsibilities, helping them to be as efficient and effective as possible. This position will facilitate communication, forecast potential events, prepare for upcoming events, manage minor projects, compile process documentation, screen calendars, set up video conferencing, and compile data and reports. Specific areas include: correspondence, office organization, calendar management, travel coordination, meeting reporting and minutes, and schedule coordination
